In every transaction there will also be disbursements, or necessary out-of-pocket expenses. These can include expenses for couriers, printing, filing and other matters required to conclude the transaction. Such costs will be billed in addition to the fees set out above.
GST will be added to all fees and disbursements.
The foregoing Fee Schedule is subject to change without notice and the actual fees and disbursements may change due to factors such as complexity and urgency. Some examples of this may include, ordering of Real Property Report, ordering of Compliance, ordering Title Insurance, and applying for permits, variances, encroachment agreements as may be required.
Lastly, the Fee Schedule is an estimate of the costs involved to process the particular trade or refinancing. Contentious or litigious matters involving any additional work beyond processing the transaction will either be billed out at an hourly rate or referred out in the event of a conflict of interest or potential conflict of interest.
