Steven M. Reid, B.A., LL.B.
Steven Reid was called to the Alberta Bar in 1999 and since that time has accumulated experience in both the public and private sectors. His previous areas of practice have included wills and estates, small scale corporate and commercial work as well as family law.
In 2010, Steve opened a successful real estate brokerage operating throughout the Edmonton region. Steve is not only a co-owner of the brokerage, he is also the broker and was instrumental in developing all of the brokerage's operational policies.
In short, Steven has extensive experience with real estate trades and contracts on the REALTOR® side of such transactions and has helped associates provide truly professional real estate services that protect their clients’ best interests.
Expanding into the legal side of real estate transactions allows Steven to continue to assist real estate clients in a new way but to the same high standard that he set for his brokerage.
A sole practitioner, Steven maintains a smaller office with lower overhead which means he can offer competitive fees and accommodating timelines.
As with his real estate brokerage, Steven’s legal practice is based on the principle that a client’s satisfaction is always the priority.
